Bush Club Tours reserves the right to alter routes or tour arrangements if circumstances require. We also retain the right to accept or decline any participant at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Your activity will be guided by either a member of our team or a qualified external contractor appointed by us. Please note that our rates do not include travel insurance of any kind. We highly recommend that you take out personal insurance to cover risks such as cancellations, injuries, or the loss of personal belongings.
Bush Club Tours, along with its employees, representatives, and contractors, cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience—regardless of cause—whether due to negligence or any other reason, and whether it affects persons or their luggage or personal items.
The individual completing the booking confirms that they are acting on behalf of the entire group and agrees to all booking terms and conditions on behalf of each participant.
Should you choose to cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled tour departure, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
All Entrance fees, boat trip fees, cable car fees, funicular rides, meals etc are NOT included in the tour price unless otherwise specified.
